TextMine Provides Short Cut to SMS

Due to popular demand, TextMine® has launched a corporate version of its widespread SMS Hotkeys program. SMS Hotkeys allows an SMS to be sent from any program with only a few key strokes.

The new version provides additional security by means of encryption and allows use within a company network. Recently added features include the ability to add a footer to each message, and tighter integration with a user’s on-line account. For example, delivery timestamps can easily be checked and message credits can be topped up.

SMS Hotkeys is free software which works alongside a standard TextMine® account. Each account includes the ability to synchronize with Outlook, thus enabling both online viewing of diary and address book, and sending to multiple recipients.

Needless to say, users also have the benefit of the unique TextMine® ability to search thousands of contact and calendar entries from any location. A user can send a text message command and receive the requested information as a return SMS. The service can be used with any mobile, and reduces the need for more expensive handheld devices for individuals and large workforces.
