The Outbox displays an archive of messages sent. This is a great way of keeping track of which messages arrive and how long they take.

While unusual, a text message may fail if:

• You entered the number incorrectly
• The mobile is switched off or without network coverage for a long time
• The phone is from a country or network that is not supported

The Outbox also allows you to see details of the message content:

Show name instead of number

You can opt to display the recipient name here instead of the mobile number. This is done on the My Profile page

Sort by recipient

Clicking on the Recipient column will sort messages according to the recipient name or number

Show dialogue with one recipient only

Clicking on a single name or number will show a window with only messages to that person (or from that person if you are using the Inbox module).
